About Women Who Lead

Every Story Matters.
Every Voice Counts.

Women Who Lead (WWL) is a year-round, multi-platform program delivering multimedia stories that spotlight women shaping our islands’ future especially those whose voices are too often unheard. We operate across websites, digital flipbook, print magazine, social, and media coverage, so impact doesn’t fade after launch.

“There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women.”
Kofi Annan

Our purpose

We celebrate leadership, expand visibility, and connect women to practical tools, so talent and opportunity meet. A special focus is placed on marginalized women and women ready to step into leadership.

“Our work is to bring marginalized women into the spotlight, giving them visibility and opportunities so they are no longer overlooked.”
Ramona Riley,
Prominent Women Foundation

What makes WWL different

Beyond a magazine: Women Who Lead runs all year. Stories live online, in our flipbook, and in print with ongoing amplification.

Four pillars:

Leadership Features

Professional interviews that highlight real journeys and lessons.

Resources Hub

Practical support curated for our region, Programs & Workshops, Guides & Downloads, Health & Safety, Business & Career, Mentorship & Volunteering, Media & Learning. Local and regional experts also contribute content, ensuring relevance and credibility.

Sponsors & Partners

Mission-aligned businesses and allies who help make the platform possible.

Always fresh

The site is maintained and updated weekly with new resources, stories, and sponsor features, keeping it current and engaging.

“No country can ever truly flourish if it stifles the potential of its women and deprives itself of the contributions of half its citizens.”
Michelle Obama

Our partnership
